Diesel Rotary Oven
A diesel rotary oven is a type of baking oven that uses diesel fuel as its primary source of energy to create and maintain the heat required for cooking. The diesel fuel is burned in a combustion chamber, and the resulting heat is transferred to the baking chamber through ducts or fans.
Diesel fuel also has a higher energy density than natural gas, so it can provide more power for the same amount of fuel. The Riello diesel oil burner is used for the commercial baking applications.
