Electric Rotary Oven
An electric rotary oven is a type of oven that is powered by electricity and uses rotating shelves to bake and cook food. Some customers may not have access to available fuel or the fuel price is expensive, so they may consider using an electrically heated oven.
The electric heating coil is integrated in the oven to generate heat. When electricity flows through the coil, the resistance of the metal causes it to heat up, and this heat is radiated into the oven cavity to cook the food. In a rotary oven, the heating coils are typically positioned around the oven cavity and can be controlled by temperature sensors and thermostats to maintain the desired cooking temperature.
